Today's F4A is to use something new that has been around for years, but is remade. I dressed up this KKS card with a banner- banners have been popular for a while now- first as hand cut banners, then as stamped images, then as dies. Now I have a wood veneer banner! And buttons. How many times can you remake a button??!
I colored the Sweet Birthday Kids image with Copics and then used the outside the box technique to let the party balloon float above the panel. TFL!

Lee, this is such a sweet, cute card! I love all the elements here.....the button, the banner, the sequins, and that cute little birdie sitting on top of the balloon.
