Only knowing the story of Peter Rabbit growing up, I sure found out all about the other characters of Beatrix Potter from my 4 year old grandson. He is enthralled with all of them, but especially the notorious Tommy Brock. He can weave the most imaginative stories about this guy. Living in the country, Parker has this badger living everyone in my back yard and responsible for every twig and stick found in my yard. It is such a hoot. So Mopsy, watch out!!! I pulled out a very old SU set, Tender Toile. I stamped my image on watercolor paper & colored using my blender pens pulling ink directly from the ink pads. I matted all pieces on Soft Suede. Popped up my image over my ribbon & then double popped my sentiment over my image. Added some pearls on the side. Oh what fun this tea party is going to be :-) TFL ladies.

Mary this lovely card would make a perfect storybook cover. I love the vintage feel and gentle charm this wonderful gem. You are going to bring lots of Teapotter smiles.

It is a wonderful hoot, but I bet not as near a hoot as that littel grandson of yours...that age is sooooo fun.must be a continual adventure as you say. Very soft and so pretty bunny and card. Very elegant and love the greens, might be making him hungry....beautiful job....TFS..:0).

Beautiful card, Mary! Love the bunny and your bkgrd mats are very nice. Like the touch of pearls, as well. Your "Parker" story made me smile. How wonderful that he has such a creative imagination at such an innocent age! Hope it stays with him throughout his lifetime.
