I love the result! It made a lovely background for my dragonfly which I stamped in archival black, bordered it with black cs with a fleur de lis border and used a narrow embossing folder on the cardbase that co-ordinated with it well. It left faint marks on the cs so I went over them with my scor buddy to make them stand out as part of the design.

Beautiful card, Susan, and your polished stone technique looks EXACTLY like stone. Makes a wonderful bg for the TH dragonfly image. A lovely way to send belated b'day greetings.

Susan, what a beautiful background. I'd forgotten about my re-inkers for this technique and now I must get them out. I also love the black white and blue, great colour combo, so striking.

Susan, your colors are stunning with the polished stone technique. The contrast of the black stamping makes a fantastic look. Love the clean style you have on this card. Thanks for playing in the challenge.

Susan, this is beautiful. The EF and the die-cut border ( or punched) are so wonderful together. I love the image you stamped and especially that it is on the polished stone background!
