Well, ooops is for deciding at the last minute to emboss. I didn't want to emboss the whole card after it was put together, so I tried to just do part. I'll never do that again!!!!!
This will go to my DGD's roommate who is in Culinary arts too!
P.S. I'm going to try to take this apart and put in another bg blue die cut. Wish me luck. I may end up making this all over again!!!
P.P.S. Redid just the blue panel, came out great. A lesson learned!

What a sweet treat for your DGD's room-mate. I'm glad your rescue turned out so well. I've also learned an embossing lesson - stamp first if I even think I might want to emboss.

Well, obviously from your write up, Anne, I am seeing the altered card and it looks very pretty with this cute cake image, the embossed top and border punch! Love the colour combo, too!
