Hi, sweet friends, and I hope you had a wonderful Fourth of July! Today is the 5th of the month, so I am sharing a freshly remixed digital image of a Marcella Hawley illustration. And there's more news, but visit the Power Poppy blog and read and see what Marcy has shared with us today! It's exciting! And if you want this image, it's yours today here.
Since it's been a busy week and weekend, I kept my card simple and colored these beautiful flowers (asters, flowering clover, and flowering thyme - along with the bees a-buzzing). I used a Lacey Circles die, a piece of retired SU designer paper and matted it, pierced (of course), added a ribbon and some pearls to dress it up. And there's a little secret about this image (that I share on my blog) here that may interest you. I feel like I almost cheated, but I didn't. And I wonder whether you can guess the answer to my question there. LOL!
It was a fun card to make, even as simple as it is, and thanks for stopping by for a closer look. Have a great week! Hugs!

Beautiful card Cheryl. So nicely coloured with a lovely hallo of gold around the flower images. Pretty addition of that lovely ribbon and bow. Nice to see on a very foggy, frosty day - roll on Spring.
