This was totally fun and I can see myself making lots more of them. I have taken to entertaining myself while watching TV for an hour at night by gluing strips of scrap dp onto cardstock for future use. I think it makes a pretty background. So today when I read the directions for the TLC challenge I decided it would be fun to use my latest BG. But...I didn't care for the fact that I would have to cut off some of the strips that I had so carefully matched last night. I had planned to use the PSX sunflower and realized I had to cut more than I wanted to as this is a big image. I started cutting one at a time to save my bg, but ended up cutting three strips off. :(
I didn't want to throw them away, so I glued them to the right edge of the inside of the card and I love it that way. It totally matches up with the front of the card so my background work was not wasted. The inside reads, "It's all about Plan B". I love it.

Oh, I love this and those strips are soooooo pretty. Your sunflower latch is great. All your night work paid off even if you had to cut off some of the strips.

What a great way to use strips of DP! I am glad your work didn't go to waste. I love that the strips are under the flower, which is very nice, as well a on the front edge of the card. You've given me an idea of how to use up some scraps!
