For my background I inked the embossing folder and added the glitter mist instead of water. I mounted it to my card base with foam strips. I die cut the circle and embossed it with the folder, then spritzed it with glimmer mist and inked the edges with the peacock feathers ink. Die cut the anchors and spritzed with the glimmer mist and sponged on some of the peacock feathers ink, tied on some twine and mounted on foam strips to the background. Great nautical card, Kia! I love that you used the EF for embossing the tag and inking the background - great cohesive design idea. Luv the Peacock Feathers - such a pretty color.
