It's hard to believe that June is now half over and we are looking forward to celebrating the Fourth of July. This month's Power Poppy Instant Garden digital image is called Garden Fireworks, and is it ever a beautiful garden of flowers. What fun seeing all the many colors of these flowers! I used the entire digital image and kept the layout simple. I pierced around the matted square, tied some perle cotton with a button, and then added that to my base. I was so surprised to see all the beautiful allium colors (the large ones called Globemasters are used by bridesmaids as bouquets). Stunning flowers, and I can see I will color this image again in lots of other colors.
Thanks for taking a closer look, and I hope you like it. It was a delight to color this floral garden. Visit my blog for more details and about the beautiful Scripture verse sentiment that is included with this digital release - and the rest of the Instant Gardeners' cards! Have a great week!

Another beautiful garden image colored masterfully. I love what you do with the Power Poppy images and you are one of my most favorite "enablers"...off to get this one!

Another elegant and simply beautiful card. This image too is wonderful. PP have the most wonderful, inspiring images and they are only getting better with each release. Love them. Beautifully coloured in such lovely soft springy colours and perfectly matched to the background design paper.

Cheryl this is just beautiful. Your coloring is breathtaking and every detail right down to that beautiful button compliments it perfectly. I've only tried coloring a digital image once and the result was smeared lines. I guess I'll have to learn the right way to do it because your images are just fantastic. Lovely lovely lovely. Can't leave your page without giving you back a well deserved HUG!!!

To garden is a joy, to color that garden is a delight! You continue to do just that my friend. Your coloring is as graceful as your designs. Grace that reflects the artist in the garden both inside and out. Thank you for always sharing your talent and beautiful cards.
