This is my patriotic card for our club. I wanted to make a "falling star", and did it with my fringe scissors. Then I cut away some of the strips to make it less solid. Hope that makes sense. I put glimmer paper beneath the star border punch, which doesn't show up well in the picture. I added the sentiment "Shine like the stars in the heavens" to the inside.
