I used the same image and kept the placement of sentiment and snowman the same, but changed Angie's embossing folder background to a sponged background, changed the sentiment, and the colours are different.
I masked a snowbank, sponged, then splattered white acrylic paint with a toothbrush for the snow (and also for the TLC challenge "Splatter It Up!"). I fussy cut the stamped snowman and coloured his scarf and nose, and added a bit of very pale shadowing around the edges. I punched some tiny snowflakes out of a scrap of sparkly cs and glued them to the snowman's scarf. Added some Stickles for the snowbanks and a sentiment die cut on an oval.
It's also for the SCS Christmas Card Challenge - Angela (Arizona Maine) proposed snowflakes and blue for the September theme.

Your added details really make this special! Love that sponged and spattered background. This is one of my favourite snowmen images. Great tribute to Angie and a wonderful card all round!
Susan when I saw this for a minute I thought it was one of mine and wondered how it got in the gallery!!! Somewhere in the depths of my gallery I have one with a blue background. I LOVE this snowman. He's my favorite, shh don't tell my other snowman stamps! I just love his smile!!! You gave him the fanciest scarf! I just love it! Great splatters for snow!!! Thanks so much for playing along this week! Hugs!
