Good Thursday morning to you! Today is Day 2 of Power Poppy's June stamp release and the stamp set featured today is "Sage Advice". If you are an herb lover, then this is the set for you! I stamped my image then colored it with Copics, die cut it out, sponged on some inks and put it aside. Next, I made my card base and trimmed a slightly smaller panel to emboss with my folder. Next, I stitched on my polka dot paper, stamped my sentiment and herb bracket, ink distressed the edges and added a little Wink of Stella clear pen to the sentiment and colored image. Then, I assembled my card together popping the image panel up on foam dimensionals. As a last detail, I strung together some buttons and adhered them under the sentiment and then added a larger button with hemp bow to anchor the image. You can see more details and photos of this card on my blog. I hope you can stop by the Power Poppy Blog to see the amazing post Marcella put together to pay tribute to this set and see the beautiful cards made by my Bloom Brigade teammates! Thanks so much for taking a peek and I hope you have an awesome day!

Love the detailed coloring - you sure are a copic master, Miss Katie!! Love the stitched panels ALWAYS, and the button string on twine is such a naturally perfect embellishment to go with the herb image. I love the advice given in your sentiment!!
What a drop dead GORGEOUS card!! HUGS!
