This is the second version of this card. I made a slim panel of red behind the image panel and mounted it on white, used sequins instead of stickles and the sentiment is all black.

I noticed you have the number of the challenge transposed..it's WT532...did you do the same on your other cards?? Change 'em so your pretty creations will be in the correct gallery..

All of your red/white cards are lovely, Kathy, but there is a wonderful design quality of this one which really appeals to me. Love the few large sequins as an accent to your big balloon.

Oh! Love this and it flew straight into my faves! How creative of you to create that big balloon from circle dies ~ now I know how to do a balloon without a balloon die cut! Love, love, love the red and white polka dotted paper, too : )

What a fantastic idea to use a heart for the balloon's bottom. Love the string too - this is so cute!!
