-layer at least 3 different items that youÂ’ve never tried layering before eg. Create a flower, or butterfly, journaling box, or ice cream cone, maybe try some punch art? You can use images or embellishments or punches in your layering.
-add at least two different types of curls or swirls or curly lines somewhere to the page. You can add as many as you want, as long as there are at least 2 different types.
On my page, I created my own journaling card adding splatters and lines to the white background. The splatters are at reduced opacity to mimic the splotches of dyed coloring.
The two types of swirls were added above and below the journaling card and under the bottom row of photos.
Background - Not Quite Navy
Stamp Brush Set - CelesteKnight (Watercolor overlay - Midnight Muse and Daffodil Delight); Stampin' Up (Autumn Elements - swirls in Whisper White; Blossoms Abound - swirls in Basic Black; Splatter in Daffodil Delight and Not Quite Navy both at reduced opacity; A Split Second - lines in Basic Black)
Punch - Square (filled w/Daffodil Delight DSP and Basic Black DSP)
Photo Box - filled with Whisper White (so I could round the corners to match.

LOVE it! Perfect additions! Great swirls and I love the journal box with splatters.
Thanks for going out of your comfort zone and giving this a try.
Brilliant job!
