I have been seeing this glue drawing/painting on Pinterest and got the idea that it would be fun to do with some of these big sentiment stamps that we have now. I love the bigness of them, but sometimes it is hard to make them interesting.
Here's what I did:
I stamped the image on the card base and traced with Crystal Effects. Let dry overnight. Then I used the Versamark pad DTP (direct to paper) over the dried Crystal Effects and embossed with silver EP. Dragged a Black StazOn pad over the silver embossing--not caring if it went over the edges. (That adds to the graffiti look.) I doodled a drop-shadow around the edges on the lower half. Then added the finishing embellishments.

Wow a lot of work but a fantastic funky look. Like a metal sign...so wroth it all. Perfect way to spruce up the bigger sentiment. Neat too how you kept the diploma cream or white along with the hat black, and the doodling around the edges a great way to finish it...LOVE it...a super guy grad card...TFS..:0)
