Jenn gave us a challenge to do some doodling....love this technique. When I think of doodling, Cathy(Mutnik) comes to my mind. She does it to perfection.
I used a digi, and my printer doesn't always like to print thick water color paper. I used a student grade which is much thinner. You can't get it as wet as higher grade paper, but it works. Heat set the image after printing. Colored with my watercolors. Taking a elegant writer pen wrote the sentiment and doodled around the image and card front. TFL

Perfect graduation card! Your doodling looks terrific, and I m going to try to find some thinner watercolor paper; my printer hates it, too! Thanks for the tip!

Oh my Linda I love this image. I need to get a graduation card made for my dear niece soon as she is graduating from College and High School in just 3 weeks. This is just so perfect. Thank you for sharing the inspiration. Oh and WOW on the writing too!!!

Great card, Linda. I used to have a set of those caligraphy pens like the one you used for your sentiment (I mean, like a lifetime ago) and I actually took caligraphy lessons.....it didn't 'take'....lol!!

Beautifully done, Linda! LOVE your calligraphy on this and I can't get over that you were able to watercolor a digi! I haven't seen many succeed with that one! What a wonderful way you aged that diploma with your coloring and of course your doodling always adds so much to your artwork!
