Hello everyone, my card today was designed using the CottageCutz Victorian Release. I used the Victorian Lady die, and colored her with copics. She is perfect for today's challenge, as she has her umbrella an I added some fowers, I would say a perfect match for April Showers brings may flowers...hehehe
I also used the Ornate Fence, Flourish Vine, and the Victorian Frame dies all from the Scrapping Cottage. I also used the Tree of Nature die for the flowers you see.
The Design Paper is from DCWV and Ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

Lovely card with your scene made up of die cuts with the Southern belle(I always think of Victorians having bustles and Civil War era having hoops) strolling along the garden-lined avenue. The scalloped machine stitching anchoring your back panels echoes the scallop design of her dress.
Love it! Such a sweet scene - taking a leisurely stroll in the garden on a warm day with your parasol giving a little shade. Terrific card. Love the die cut, stitching, and pearls!
