I haven't played in the Colour Challenge for a while so it is good to have some time to do so. I love the colours Vicki selected this week.
I would love to be able to watercolour as well as Sallie - sigh - instead I have water misted the flowers using marker pens. For my watercoloured panel I used Susie's squirt and squish technique with foil and inkpads. I adhered this panel to the embossed c/s using dimensionals. Punched the sentiment and used Island Indigo marker pen around the edges. Added rhinestones and ribbon.
TFL!

This is LOVEY, Sue.....don't sell yourself short on watercoloring skills. You watercolored panel is beautiful and makes a wonderful backdrop for your floral panel. The bg EF gives a wonderful textural interest.

Heehee, Susie gets around doesn't she!! Here we are taking her name in vain and she can't even see what we say! Poor Susie, DH takes her to a camping spot with NO internet!
Well, about your card, it is scrumptiously beautiful (hhmmm, does that make sense?) I LOVE your bg smack and squirt (or vice versa) and your flower is gorgeous! LOVE your embossed bg, ribbon and beautiful baubles! So glad you have time to play, YAY!! Love to see your cards in the gallery!

I just love that flower cluster and the way you framed it with the scalloped circle. So classy! The embossed background is perfect for the image and what can I say about the WC'd background panel? ...gorgeous!
