 | | When I saw the CAS challenge the other day to make anything but a card in spring colors I had the thought to make sour cream containers out of Gelli plate prints. I picked some spring colored prints and used the tutorial to make my containers. (Detailed photos on my blog). The crimper is used to add strength to the closures. I then punched my smallest circles in white and stamped my images and sentiment. I layered over a larger circle and scallop circle. I used the slit punch to put a hole through the tag and attached with fibers (about 12"). You can see in the photo that on the first one (laying in the back) I put together I started the process with the tape on the long side of my print, and ended up with a much narrower tube! |
