I hadn't had a chance to play along last week when Sabrina had the TLC challenge to punch a strip then pleat it. I'm not sure how successful I was with the technique, but I thought it would work well with today's sketch. I took a piece of Kraft dp and used my CM curved border cutter to make the wavy edge. I used Scor-tape to attach my pleated strip. I scored on the intervals between scallops and also cut the top above the pleats to ease the pleating process. I stamped and embossed both my sentiments and popped the main panel over the base.

I like how you combined these two challenges. I think that was a great idea to use the space cut off with the card base showing through.

I was looking at your trim and thinking how pretty it was, but wondering what it was....then I read your description....I think it came out really well.....love your dp!

...sure its got a catchy beat, but can you stamp to it?
life is something that happens only when you run out of cardstock
