Thought I'd try my hand at "smooshing" distress inks using dabs of ink on the acetate sheet that stamps come on. After dabbing the ink on the plastic, you spritz with water and then apply to wc cs. You do this several times with different inks (if desired) until you like the effect. I die cut the playful posies and then blended inks on the die cuts trying to add some depth with a secondary red on each bloom. Then I spritzed them with shimmer spritz and I can't say enough about what a difference that makes - so sparkly! Embossed the sentiment in white. Splattered some red and black distress ink (with a bit of water) also. I was inspired by the photo in this challenge:
