The challenge was to determine if you are a tortoise or hare stamper! I've been doing some samples for an outreach project and the ones I case and stay quite close to, surprise me at how quickly I can get them done, but if I create from scratch, like this card, I'm a tortoise all the way...since I'm doing 2 of each, the second one should come together in a fraction of the time. I am a bit of an agonizer and mind changer midstream.

Oh wow, my sweet little stamper from Canada has joined in the challenge. This is so you and so sweet! Michelle, your cards are always warm, gentle and stunning. How you always manage to build those 3 very important elements into all your cards is truly amazing. I love this card in reds and black. It's you so it's perfect. Hugs

LOVE LOVE your card, Michele! Not only your superb coloring of the running hen, but the card design, colors, and use of chicken wire embossed panel. The bow and little"grass" are terrific additions. Think there probably is a little of both "hare" and "tortoise" in us all.....it's just what we are doing at the moment.

Really cute! The chicken wire goes great with the hen & the sentiment. The colors are fabulous for this card. I understand about being sometimes tortoise and sometimes hare. That's me, too. Your card turned out beautiful. Thanks for sharing your tortoise card. Best of cluck on the rest!

A Schicken! Sistah, this is sooo sweet and fresh! I love your mix of color- and chicken wire and that widdle dotted brad. Adorable!
