This is another card that I've dragged out of my archives. It's a Thanksgiving card that I made years ago using an image from a copyright free Clip Art book I picked up a Half Price Books store. I tried to give the whole thing an antiqued look by using the mottled background paper and framing it with the dullish gold frame and olive green CS. Didn't have much back then to really do a good job of making it look old, including knowledge of how to do it or what was available. Colored it with colored pencils.

OMGosh, EB, this is phenomenal. Subtle colors and uncomplicated design. I just can't believe these cards are as old as you say. Let me rephrase that: It's hard to imagine how you, yourself, single-handedly aren't responsible for starting this craze called cardmaking. You were ions ahead of the rest of the world. Fascinating.
