Lots of mixed media! Here we go... Base is metallic mauve paper. Next layer is crinkled up tin foil affixed to card stock with xyron. Then stamped the crinkled foil with Versamark, poured metallic silver EP over it and hit it with the heat gun. (Not literally!). Repeated this 2 more times. Rubbed the whole sheet with metallic cream chalks. Lastly I sprayed the whole panel with a shimmer metallic spray. That layer done. Used my dies to cut the various shapes and then covered them with alcohol inks. The dull shapes were cut from card stock covered in metallic silver EP, then alcohol ink applied. The shiny shapes were cut from tin foil affixed to card stock then alcohol ink applied. I cut the bird out 4 times using black card stock then added a piece of foil with yellow alcohol ink. Left black showing for a bit of shadow. Happy Birthday heat embossed with metallic silver EP and bird's eye attached. Done!!
