Another card for the IC483 challenge to be inspired by one of the beautiful pieces of art from greatBigcanvas.com. My inspiration photo can be found HERE.
I drew a few very rough dandelions and stems on the paper with masking fluid and a paint brush and let it dry. I watercolored the background, let it dry and removed the masking fluid. I painted in the flowers and stems and used a sponge dauber and white pigment ink to make the 'puffs'. it looked a little bare so I stamped the HA silhouette stamp using the same white ink.
Everything else is pretty self explanatory. The 'hello' was cut from 110lb cs three times and layered together. the green strip is attached with foam tape, and the butterfly with Multi Medium.
As always, thanks for looking!

You DREW with masking fluid? I bow to you Jody! That stuff is sticky. Your card is amazing and so are your techniques. What a beautiful blending of colors. I love that color combination! Right into favorites!

Lady of many talents are you, My friend - I don't even know what masking fluid IS, or where to find it, let alone how to use it!! Your 'puffy' little dandelions are perfect against the sunny blue sky and mounting your card on yellow makes me happy - probably since we are finally starting to see the sun! Sweet butterfly too!!
