This week's Mixability Challenge - Paper Tole or Pop It Up. This card is also to honour the wonderful Lisa (Shoe girl) who is this week's QFTD!! I love Lisa's cards, so many cards I could have chosen to CASE, finally, decided on this one -
I loved Lisa's beautiful sponged blue circle with the heat embossed snowflakes. I went with the circle but used glimmer mist instead of sponging. I have had these paper tole sweet peas for quite some time so this was a great challenge to use them! The top layer I also used glimmer mist, but then added a light coat of white gesso. I also sprayed the sentiment with the glimmer mist - so now, my hands are quite blue!! I popped up the top panel, using dimensionals, and adhered sentiment and added the rhinestones.
Enjoy your week in the spotlight, Lisa, and TFL!

Wow Sue this is so beautiful! Thank you so much for casing one of my cards. I sure do love the blues and this misted blue circle is so well done. I love these flowers too WOW they really pop off this card so beautifully. Thank you for playing in the QFTD challenge. Hugs!

This is so pretty. I love the sprayed background to these gorgeous paper tole sweet peas. They look so real with the dimension. They look like you just laid them down on the card. Thanks for playing along with the mix challenge.
