I made this for today's WT520 challenge to create a card using green or earthy tones in a monochromatic color scheme. I used both, green and brown to create this look. But when I first read the color scheme, I immediately thought masculine. I don't have many masculine cards in my stash so I felt like this was the perfect time.
I used markers for the images. Artichoke and choc chip. I added sparkle with glitter gel pen on the dragonfly. I used small punches for the dragonfly as well, and popped the image up with pop dots.
I am finding raffia is not my favorite accessory to work with, it is really difficult to move it to where you want it to go, and very stiff, but going with the masculine theme, it fit right in.
base is artichoke, mat is choc chip, dsp certain celery.
tfl and happy stamping.

The simplicity of your card with the earth tones looks wonderful. Yes, it does look masculine, but I think it has an oriental flair to it with the image. Simple and stunning. Thanks for playing in the challenge.
