A gorgeous butterfly chrysalis signifying change - part of the Eclectic 2 rubber stamp collection at SCACD stamps.
The center chrysalis was stamped in VersaFine Onyx Black ink and heat dried. The other two were stamped in Memento London Fog ink. All three were colored with Copic markers. On the center chrysalis the wing was stamped a second time, colored, cut out and glued down after bending it to give a slight dimensional curve. Liquid Pearls were added to all three for a finishing touch.
This piece also uses two of the dies from SCACD - Classic Corners and Garden Corners. They are heat embossed in copper and verdigris powders. The background is colored with Copics, then sponged in Ranger Distress Inks using ColorBox Swirldot and Prima Crackle stencils. Stickles were added to a few of the background swirl dots.

What a gorgeous piece of work! The chrysalids are very intriguing and quite beautiful! I love the colours and the dimension you have achieved. Wonderful card!
