This was done because, I had been making a pile of hearts on Saturday evening from the inspiration challenge and then I happened across this cool card in Sue's gallery shortly after that so that made it fate. I don't have cling wrap upstairs so, I used a scrap of wax paper to stamp the crinkled look on the printed paper trying for a "frame" to go around the heard. I changed the orientation of the lace and dangled the sentiment on. ( colors are slightly darker & maybe a little more rustic) Sue, I hope you like this and enjoy your week! tfl.

At first glance I said to myself, "How did she do that?" Really cool look using the red ink to stamp the wax paper onto the kraft, Stacy! Pretty hearts...I like the scalloped edge on the larger one!

Wonderful card with your created bg, Stacy. It adds a great deal to the card, but doesn't distract from the heart which is the focal point. Love the warm colors and pretty lace trim.
