edited to add: Just realized the challenge is supposed to be St Patrick's Day themed. Oops!! Will try to do one the right way and add later!
This week's Friday challenge (F4A261) is to use one of your favorite techniques that can be found in our video tutorials. I love the emboss resist technique: Embossing Resist Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
I masked off a section of my card and then white embossed the flower stamp 2 times. Then I started blending lots of pinks and reds trying to show different gradations of color. Then stamped the flower stamp in one of my darker reds 2 times, followed by a few stamps from my splats in the French Foliage stamp (what would I do without that stamp?). I stamped off on some of those first, and masked the stamp so I was only getting a few splats each time. Then I blended more ink around the edge of the card to get more definition. Then of course I had to spray it with my shimmer spritz for that lovely subtle sparkle. Removed the mask, and added a die cut thank you, and some ename dots. Linking also to:
This is so vibrant and fantastic, Maura! You really aced this process!! You should also add a link to the Addicted to CAS challenge where the code word is "MASK!" Have a wonderful weekend! Hugs, Darnell

THUD. That's the sound of my jaw hitting the desk! What a beautiful, dramatic card! I adore your use of such a dark red with the resist, and that HA stamp is drop-dead pretty for this. A gorgeous card...and thank you for entering it at One-Layer Simplicity!
