F4A261 = St. Pat's card using a technique. I used two: die cut stencil, masking fluid resist
QFTD250 = Kecia(LittleSeaOtter). Stunning gallery with beautiful coloring her signature. I chose this CARD of hers for inspiration.
I got the idea for the image panel for my card from Dina's MIX challenge for today. My card does not qualify for that challenge since I did not make it a collage. I started with the Kraft base, flicked on the masking fluid, did several acrylic and water washes. Made a stencil by using die cuts with acetate. Started sponging with TH inks and more acrylic paint, layering as I went. Sprayed with Mr. Huey's shine, rubbed off the masking fluid and added the sentiment with VM and gold EP and finally added the gold edge.
Congratulations, Kecia.

The focal image you created is a masterpiece of layering, Sallie! So much depth, and such a fabulous dreamy effect - it makes me think of looking into a deep pool of water. Awesome!

Your beautifully layered main panel reminds me of being a child and laying on my stomach in the grass looking for 4 leaved clovers. As often as not the grass was dewy and I got soaked. The masking fluid speckles bring that to mind too! I love your rich depth of colour highlighted by the gold mat and embossed sentiment. Beautiful card and nice tribute to Littleseaotter too!

What a gorgeous card and a fabulous layering technique. I just found my masking fluid the other day so I am going to give it a go! Thanks for the inspiration.

Looks like Shamrocks in the mist, and of course, you had to include some leprechaun's gold! I am not familiar with a lot of the things you used to make this - but love every inch of it!!
