A card using a Hobby Arts build-a-scene set with lots of different elements which can be combined to make different scenes. I drew in some of the hillside aspects and then watercolored the scene. Made for an 85 year old farmer (not my own father). The card base is thick watercolor paper which doesn't go through my printer so I had to print the sentiment on lighter weight watercolor paper and pop it up.

A mini masterpiece of the landscape you claim as home. So inviting, and so treasured, I'm sure, Bridget. I'm sure that old farmer's heart was completely warmed by this. Doesn't it ever cease to amaze you how God lays specific designs for specific individuals onto your heart and out through your creative hands

Bridget, I just happened upon this while browsing your gallery - I just have to say, this is amazing. Your water colored scene is so beautiful and serene, and that framing is outstanding!
