I am totally in love with the Stampendous Frantage line of embossing powders and embossing enamels.
On this card, I used the Shabby Blue embossing enamel on the outer frame. It is a mixture of fine sparkly blue powder and larger bits of white and gold. I cut out a square first with a die, then sprinkled the embossing enamel over the frame, and heated it from underneath so it didn't blow away.
I stamped my snowman on the cardbase in Sapphire Silk and heat embossed in clear, and the sentiment in gold and heat embossed with a champagne ep that matches the gold in the Frantage ee. My initial plan was to colour the snowman's hat, scarf, etc. but decided not to as I like the simple colour scheme of blue and white with a hint of gold.
The suggested theme for the February cards for the SCS Christmas Card challenge is snowmen.
It's also for the CAS challenge at Happy Little Stampers (any type of embossing) and the Sparkle Creations Christmas card challenge (snowman). Here are the links for them:

This is awesome Susan!! LOVE the Frantage on the frame --- adds lots of texture and dimension and looks like falling snow. Great card! Thanks for playing at Happy Little Stampers. xx
