Thanks for the challenge today to incorporate music into the art. I have a brass charm of a guitar on the fiber part of my card. I am learning to play the bass guitar!
I
made my own stencil to create this bouquet of balloons. I used shimmering h20s or is it twinkling h2os(ty have not seen the light of day in years) and then glued the plastic hearts over the painted ones though it is hard to see that in the photo. While window shopping at my local michaels I came to the conclusion that stencils are some of the biggest rip offs of the crafting world. The plastic I used to make my stencil was salvaged from the produce dept of the store where I work. I think it came in a bushel of pears, I saw it on the floor and grabbed it! Thank you for looking!

Oh I totally agree on your stencil comment. I am shocked when I see the prices of them and how they are made. Your stencil is brilliant and I love the shine of the added layer over the hearts. I was given a guitar and have played on a guitar but never took lessons so my guitar stills are all self taught. Thank you so much for making a card for my challenge. Hugs!
