This is another for Lydia's Raindrops Mixability Challenge. I took a piece of CitraSolv magic paper in which the ink had left very raindrop looking shapes. (Here's ) I traced around my raindrops with Basic Gray Marker then used Smoky Slate marker to add shading and stippling. I scribbled Slate onto acetate and spritzed with water then spattered that onto my card. I then used a Sharpie white paint pen to add highlights to the previous raindrops and the smaller spatter. I cut a window in my sheet (there had been a photo in red colors on the original Ntl Geo page) and placed my already watercolored image behind this. I didn't think it stood out quite enough, so I added a frame around it. I stamped my sentiment using cheapo alphabet blocks.
