I decided to allow my inspiration to help me create unique and interesting stationery cards. Believe it or not, I still WRITE letters to my friends, especially those on the east coast.
I tried with the flowers on top, then with them on the bottom, both with sentiments about stamping on the other end. Then I tried it with just the floral at the top and I like that just as much!
Angela's beautiful color palette and flowers that appear to be blooming in the sun really caught my eye! So I used the same technique and similar colors to create my stationery cards. I might post a box of these on my Etsy store - I love them so much!!
Having too much fun over here! How about you, will you join us?

You've inspired me to go back to the watercoloring technique. The design team I'm on at AAA Cards has a watercolor technique challenge once in a while and I'm always nervous about it. I'm not as comfortable with watercolor because I did not have full control of the outcome.
Your note cards will fly off the shelves!

OOOH, love the watercolor look you created with that stamp! Pretty color choice and how lucky your friends are to have someone that actually writes to them!
