This is a stamp I have had for years and years and never used before - I was so surprised when I stamped it up yesterday - and it was just so beautiful. I have coloured it with Derwent Watercolour Pencils which give it a lovely soft effect. The background was produced in my gelli plate class on the dining table yesterday. No tables were hurt in the production.
I have also entered this card in the MIX101 Challenge - a first time for me. Canada is a favourite destination for me - I have been there in all seasons and my favourite is Autumn. The vibrant colours and the forests of trees are just so completely different from here in Australia. I am also fascinated by the different animals too.
I will be sending this card to a friend in Alberta for his birthday this month. He has Husky dogs with a touch of wolf in them so I am sure he will like this card.

WOW!!! This is another really gorgeous card!! I think I really like this and the raccoons because I too love the outdoors. Your coloring with the Derwent pencils is awesome and I love the placement of the leaves.

I so regret not buying more of Coronado Island's wolves when I had the chance! This is a real stunner! The image and your treatment of it is gorgeous. The background and the beautiful autumn leaves so fitting. What an amazing card! I love it!

Helen this is outstanding! I love the softness of the woods and wolves. I can almost smell that crisp autumn air with a bit of woodsmoke drifting along. What a beautiful memory you have of your time there. Thanks for playing!
