I find myself drawn to compositions with contrasting "feminine-masculine" elements. Here the tailored corners and pinstripes give a menswear-type look in juxtaposition to the floral bouquet, ribbon, glitter touches and fine ferns filling the background. Yin-yang delightfully balanced.

This card is so beautiful! I am guessing you made the flowers yourself, based on your supplies list--but oh, my! those roses look so professional and lifelike! They are wonderful, as is this card!

Thanks for the compliment, however I did not make the roses. They are something I had in my scrap box. I think they were salvaged from a gift box decoration. You know how hard it is to throw away pretty things! I also get stuff from thrift stores (have a whole wedding dress I am cannibalizing for lace, ribbon, beads, etc.- clearance $10)
