Yikes! NO name on the EF and I don't keep the packaging. If some one knows, let me know and I will do an edit with the maker. I got the idea from Pinterest. Again, very hard to photograph. It is much prettier IRL!
Thank you for stopping by! It is ALWAYS appreciated.
Edit: ciocidi was nice enough to give me the name of the EF! It is Crafts Too EF entitled "Swirl Baubles"

I think this is a Crafts Too ef entitled "Swirl Baubles." I also have and use it (but don't always write down the name!). It is especially pretty on watercolor paper that is lightly tinted and, as you have done, on a shimmer paper. A close friend used this as her Christmas card base, and got many compliments. I do like the delicate die cut and message. TFS. Diane

WOW again! Love that folder and the black ribbon on the gold embossing! The gems are perfect embellishing the flourishes. Your card is just gorgeous Peggy!

Well, I have a bow maker, but my bows never look like yours. Another amazing card. You have a fantastic sense of design that results in the prettiest cards. The black and cream look so great together. Just stunning.
