I secured my top layer of WW with double stick tape to my 2nd layer of WW. Then attached the snowflake stencil with painters tape, sponging over the stencil with my 3 ink colors. Then I Heat EB the sentiment on the top layer adding a narrow frame with Brushed Gold CS and attached with dimensionals, which hides the little bit of area that does not pick up ink between the layers.
The technique is the same as Triple Layering in the Forum.
This was such a fun and easy card. I just LOVE my new Silhoutte Snowflake Stencil that my friend Loll sent me with several more stencils. Thanks again Loll :-)

This is so beautiful Nancy. Sure to be a winner. I love how you used the stencil. Wow. That little border of kraft and the gold sequins are the perfect finishing touches.
