Once again I was able to take the bust of Cary Grant that I have (am I the only one with this stamp?? It comes in handy every now and then) and put him behind the wheel...this time in a Christmasy convertible. We were to bring celebrities to this weeks tea party. I think Cary would have made a fabulous Christmas dinner guest...he's so darn dapper and debonaire..I can't picture him eating though...he would be perusing all the action from the sidelines, drink in hand (low ball glass, scotch rocks)...He was in one of my all time favorite movies, North by Northwest..love Hitchcock and the climax scene on Mount Rushmore is genius and hilarious..oh well, I digress....

FAB, festive card, Polly! So cool to see Cary in the sports car. Yes, you just might be the only one with that stamp. Hee. Great colors, coloring and bell border, too. Even now when I see Cary Grant, Steve McQueen, Paul Newman and some of those other classic, handsome hunks oozing charm on the screen, I swoon. Hee!

Sounds like a movie I need to check and see if I can get it from the library (no TV here ;-). I was just watching him in Charade a couple of weeks ago - great choice of dinner guest and a very suitable festive card.
