I used distress inks smeared on a large acrylic block, spritz with water from a distance and then ink your stamp up from the block. This technique works best when you allow your stamp to "rest" on the watercolor paper after applying the stamp. Apply some pressure at first to make sure the colors move together the way you want them to then let it sit on the paper for a little bit. If all of the areas didn't blend, take your water rush or a brush slightly wet and move the color around some! It's really a fun technique and simple...no two are alike.
