This is for the As You See It Challenge for this week - Baked Brown Sugar, Cherry Cobbler and Silver. I don't own any Baked Brown Sugar, so I used some retired Creamy Caramel which I thought would be a good match. I hope this ok.
I'm also doing this for the new Freshly Made Sketch Challenge 162.
I'm linking this to the Simon Says Wednesday Challenge too (http://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/wednesdaychallenge/) which is to use stars.
Edited to add: This has never happened to me before. I still can't believe it.......I went to link my card to the Freshly Made Sketch challenge and my card is soooo close to Jennifer Brum's that everyone will think I copied her. I didn't even see any of the cards over on the Freshly Made blog until I went to link mine up because I originally saw the sketch on someone else's blog. I was going to use a Christmas tree originally but I couldn't have green as a colour so changed to the silver ornament. http://freshlymadesketches.blogspot.ca/

This is a great use of the challenge colours. I love the embossed ornament and the silver stars and snowflake! Thanks for adding your project to the As You See It Challenges gallery this week!

Darlene, your card is beautiful. I love that color combo. I had to take a peek at Jennifer's card. HAHA I've always thought I may do that someday, too. Never matter.....they're both great and I love your stars and I always love stripes.
Have a good day.

This is beautiful, Darlene!!! I wouldn't worry about the similarity to Jen's card...lots of times we create things that are similar to other's! I love how you incorporated the challenge colors into the card; the sketch is one of my favorites (I pinned it!!!) but my favorite part is the STARS! Yippee, love shimmery stars!

Don't fret about it looking like Jennifer's sketch. It happens to us on the Design Team a lot! Great minds think alike! This is truly exquisite and the use of colors and embellishments is perfectly orchestrated. Thanks for sharing with us at Freshly Made Sketches this week.
