Gorgeous colors .... never would have thought to use this color combination for a Christmas Card - that's why I love these challenges! In early Oct. OWH sent out an email requesting Christmas cards, so I sent the 40 from my personal stash, knowing I had plenty of time to make another 40. As a result, I'm trying to use every challenge possible for new ideas. I didn't do dessert, because this tree is already too fat. I sprayed the Crisp Cantaloupe with glimmer mist before punching. Cut the form for the tree (SB/ChristmasTree) out of white CS, colored with spectrum Noir pens, then glued on MS/branches. Added a crystal star to the top and decorated with lots of gold jewels. Cut the sentiment from Crisp Cantaloupe using I/O Holiday Top Word Edger and covered it with Stickles. Glued everything to a Crumb Cake mat, then onto gold mist (love the shimmer) cut with SB/Valiant Honor then onto Coral mat, then base. Finished with gold jewels in the corners. The shimmer mist and the stickles change the appearance of the Cantaloupe, in the photo, because of the reflection from the sun - not so much IRL.

WOW Priscilla this is AMAZING! Your tree is briliant and who would have thought these colors would work for Christmas but in your nimble hands they do! SO creative!

Oh, my goodness! This card is gorgeous! Thank you for describing the steps you took. Lots of work, but it shows. Love the tree, all the bling, and the lovely white die cut layer, too.
