In this case I decided to make a blank greeting card (for letter writing). Using the Tim Holtz dots stencil I gently stenciled using several colors of stickles (gives great color, sparkle, and texture). I lined it in a light gold thin paper so that I could write a short letter inside. I wanted the dots to be more scattered than in the journal - I was hoping for pretty random-ness - and love how it turned out. I really wish you could see it - the stickles sparkle no matter how lit the room is! (P.S. I didn't change the photo - but I ended up rounding the corners on the card and on the inside liner. I like the round edges better with all those dots.)

Great technique. Did you use a grid for the Stickles dots? This is so cool. I really like that you didn't keep the square-ness of the speckles pattern on this one. Random is awesome! Great pen, too! Never bad to dream . . .
