For the Another Year in The Books challenge over in the HYCCT challenges. I chose The Boxcar Children, because really, it's the book series that most stayed with me from my child hood. I loved escaping into them with the Boxcar Children on adventures. I always wanted to be a boxcar child as a kid. I made my daughters read them, as I will have my son read them when he is old enough too. This book series always spoke to me as a child, and as my card says, books we read as children, stay with us. Even though this series was written in the 1940's - it's a classic series.

Love it; my oldest DD was a huge boxcar fan and my boys read some of them too....they loved the Redwall books more though. I love your hand-written sentiment; so true!

I loved The Boxcar Children books as a kid! I need to get them for my kids. Love your sweet card and your perfect handwritten sentiment!
