I have had this vision in my head for this challenge and finally got to try it. I am going pop-art artistic. I wanted to use this beautiful face image with beautiful swirls and soft flowers filling her face and spilling out around the card. The challenge was to create our own background, so this is where that idea took me. The only color on the face is her pink lip and blue eye with shimmery stickles that do not show in the photo. The swirls represent her hair and the flowers her beautiful thoughts that fill her head. I wanted to work in this awesome sentiment:
Here's to strong women. May we know them. May we be them. May we raise them.
I am hoping that this will tap into the strength needed to navigate through the treatment cycle to the cure of these patients. What do you think?
Thanks for viewing and commenting.

I admit it; I'm always just a lurker here on SCS, and *very* rarely leave a comment, but I just feel compelled to tell you this is ultra-special and makes me want to run out and purchase those stamps so I could make this card (well, sort of... I could make a lesser version of this card- while I love doing this, I'm not so great at it!). Thank you so much for sharing it!
