CAS296 = Halloween. Ok, I fudged on this one. My Halloween cards were mailed out last Friday..so I'm not into Halloween card making anymore. I did use a pumpkin and an orange shade.
HYCCT1427 = a "thanks" card using 2 or more mediums.
TLC505 = spirelli. I've never done this before and it was exciting to see it take shape...but it takes concentration and patience IMO. I'm more a "slap-dash" card maker, so you might not see this too often on my cards. : )

Oh Sallie, what a beautiful Spirelli frame for your vintage-look pumpkin. I don't think it's minimalist at all on that front - or is it that the small scale was difficult to work? Whatever, it adds a lovely rich look which balances so well with the simple scored borders on the card base.

Terrific card, Sallie! Like how you used the "Halloween" colors. Your Spirelli border is neat and I like the way you double matted it. The stenciled base is a great addition, too.

Such a sweet card and that pretty scoring is an excellent finishing touch.

Considering the caliber of your cards, Sallie.....I'm sure most of us are surprised to hear you are a 'slap-dash' card maker....lol!! I like what you did here....I like the more solid looking spirelli design.....gives great depth.

Fabulous! I am so in the fall mood myself, so I fully understand the direction you went. I just LOVE everything about this card. I'm also a slap-dash crafter (great word!) so it is good for us to do something like this - it came out amazing.

Pretty autumn colors, Sallie! Mr. Huey has helped in adding such a country look & feel to this sweet pumpkin image! Your scored lines are beautifully executed~
