I learned a lot making this card: first, "smooshing" doesn't take as much ink as you'd expect; second, too much ink takes forever to dry; third, don't try using a die cut machine while the paper is still damp. I was able to salvage my die-cut flowers and I think the overall effect is pretty good.

You should see my embossing matt all covered in ink I was too impatient to let dry! :-) Love your flowers. They look great against the polka dot paper!

I think your smooshing came out great! And all those things you learned - I learned them the same way, about 2 years ago - ugh. Whenever I can, I use alcohol inks and glossy CS - dries in a flash!

That was one thing I learned too -- you really DON'T need a ton of ink! I made the mistake of overdoing it on mine and my fingers suffered the wrath! LOL! Love the die cut flowers you created with your pieces and how "happy" your creation turned out to be!! Thank you so much for joining in the HYCCT fun with my challenge! :-)
