Running trying to catch up after being away for a few days and time consuming Dr appointments. This is for HYCCT1402 - Hope Floats. We were to use something that floats. I thought of this water lily image from the ODBD Mother Teresa set. I colored it with Copics and then had an accident. :( Today as I was doing the challenge to use ink sprays, I accidentally hit the edge of my already colored image with Maya Road ink. Ugh... what to do now? Well, I fussy cut the image, then spritzed it with more so it looked intentional. I often say... one of the greatest skills in any craft is knowing how to best mask mistakes and move on! LOL! Anyway... in keeping with the Hope Floats theme, I thought this die cut Hope word was perfect.
Thanks so much for looking!

There are no mistakes that I can see here; only a beautifully coloured image floating on a field of green. Love that shade of green. It is so full of life. The die cut 'hope' is the perfect touch. Lovely card!

This is so beautiful! I made a card inspired by Mother Teresa the other day, and wished I had had this flower stamp!
