Today's Inspiration challenge comes to us from VIETRI in Italy and I was just enthralled! I chose the banner at the top of the tabletop section, because I just love how they layer up the white and the lightly edged gold tableware! You can see it HERE
I used Brilliance Platinum ink and inked up the negative side of my embossing folder and ran it through the GC. I cut three poinsettias from the newly released ODBD Peaceful Poinsettia set as well as one of the ODBD Fancy Foliage die. In keeping with the layered look, I sponged the poinsettias with the brilliance ink, but left the flourishes and the sentiment layer white. I stamped the sentiment from the ODBD Worship the Lord set with a "goldish" embossing powder. There is no label on the bottle but it is a light gold color and I love it because it's not quite as brassy as the other golds I have, and works quite well with the platinum ink, which also reads gold but lighter silvery gold.
Thanks so much for looking! I will be back this evening to view your beautiful creations and leave comments for you all. We are headed to the mountains today for a picnic and some leaf peeping!
